Response time of business service is typically represented as a time from submission sending to response receiving in form of electronic official document (time is measured in days). Receiving of response in form of official document can represent also:

  • dismissal,
  • request for additional administration.

Important word in this definition is “typical”, since this definition fits particularly for agenda informatics systems receiving administration. For other services it can be also:

  • time during which a user is waiting for a response to his/her request,
  • for informative services available online is time typically 0,
  • for other services online, e.g. online register, or online listing from LV, which are available via while you wait form, is typically 0.

However the used value is in hours, monitoring parameter Response time of business service is not assigned for detailed performance monitoring of online web services in seconds or milliseconds – for that, the application service parameters are used.
